# Getting Started

To start, users need to download the Healthree app

1. **Download the Healthree app** \
   Download from appstore “Healthree” App.
2. **Sign-up for Healthree**\
   After getting access to the app on your respective device, you will be able to sign up for Healthree with your email address and activation code. You will receive a verification code that you need to key in to enter the app.
3. **Input your information and make your avatar**\
   Input your basic information on the app.\
   After that, you select your avatar.\
   You can select avatar free and avatar selected does not change abilities.
4. **Purchase Clothes(Shirts/Bottoms/Shoes) in tofuNFT** \
   Open tofuNFT website to buy NFTwears.\
   You need some ASTR to buy them.
5. **Connect metamask and cooperate NFT Colthes**\
   After you purchase Clothes in tofuNFT, you need to connect with metamask and Healthree.\
   You can cooperate eith them in-app.
6. **Choose and wear Clothes in-app**\
   You can use and wear NFT Clothes you bought.\
   By selected clothes, your abilities change.
